Not at all! Briefee’s platform is designed to be super easy. You can set up your services, products, and events quickly without needing any tech skills, all on the same day.

How much of my earnings does the platform keep?

On the free plan, Briefee takes a small percentage for certain products (the lowest in the market as we know it). For paid plans, there’s only a small fee for ticketed events. In all cases, a payment processor fee applies (see Stripe fees here). Most of what you earn stays with you! For more details, see pricing.

How quickly will I get paid?

You’ll get paid quickly, usually within a few days after someone buys your product or service. Just make sure you’ve set up the integration with one of our partners (like Stripe). The platform takes care of the payments, so you don’t have to worry about anything.

Can I charge customers in their local currency?

Yes, your customers can currently pay you in US Dollars, British Pounds, Euros, Colombian Pesos, Mexican Pesos, Argentinian Pesos, and Peruvian Soles. This makes it easier for you to charge for products in their local currency—all your customers need is a valid debit or credit card.

Do I need a certain number of followers to sign up?

No, you don’t need a big following to join. Whether you have 10 or 10,000 followers, you can start using the platform to sell your products and services.

How can I let people book my services?

You can use the "1:1 Calls & Appointments" feature to let people schedule 1:1 calls or consultations with you. They can pick a time that works for them and pay in advance, and everything is automated so you don’t have to handle the back-and-forth.

Can I sell tickets for my events?

Yes! You can sell tickets for both online and in-person events. Just set up the event, and the system will handle ticket sales and manage who’s coming.

What can I sell as digital products?

You can sell anything digital! Templates, e-books, guides—whatever you want. No need for shipping, just upload it, and people can download it instantly after buying.

How can I make money from online courses?

You can create courses and sell them to people worldwide. Once your course is up, people can buy and access it anytime, helping you make money even while you sleep.

What’s the deal with “Communities”?

What content is not allowed on the platform?

The platform doesn’t allow nudity, adult content, or anything related to guns, drugs, or anything illegal in the US, UK, Europe, or where you or your customers live. It’s meant for professional and creative services and products only.
